The case arrived in the USA in perfect condition, configured exactly the way I requested. It looks fantastic, the woodworking, rails and wiring are all very neatly and professionally done. I think the shape of this case and the 16U form factor is perfect. A lot of room, but everything is well within reach for both hands and patch cables.
